As someone who *has* had Applebee's honey mustard (in fact, I was looking specifically for a copycat as I love the stuff), I can say that if you add a little more honey (a tablespoon, maybe), it tastes identical to the Applebees sauce. I served it with pretzel nuggets, similar to how it's done in the restaurant and it was delicious. Well done!
