Das Gelände wurde mehrfach bebaut, heute befinden sich Wohnungen sowie mehrere Gewerbebauten auf dem Werksinneren. Im Reduit sitzt die Deutsche Pfadfinderschaft St. Georg Stamm Saint-Exupéry Ulm-Safranberg sowie ein Modellbauverein.
