We are Tyler, Lacy and Ashlynne Jones, owner's of the Porked Out Food Truck. We do daily service Tuesday-Saturday along with caterings and events. Our business was established with the Food Truck on February 22nd, 2020. Tyler is a self-taught chef working in Sun Valley, Vail and fine dining restaurants in Denver being in the industry for 10.

My daughter-in-law procured Porked Out for her rehearsal dinner. Lacy was extremely accommodating. The guest count changed a few times. My credit card didn't like the online payment app. Lacy didn't skip a beat in offering me her venders app instead. She made the evening seamless. Which as anyone who has planned a wedding..knows how rare.

Porked Out has been parked all over the area, with a majority of their time spent parked behind Albertson's on Blue Lakes Blvd.If you or someone you know is looking for a job, the good news is they are hiring cooks and servers because it will be a full blown restaurant..
